"Thankful For"...Good words

I just love words. Good words. I love to read. (If it's decent and moral) I'm still praying that my children will catch the same spirit. I thought I would post this poem that my children had to do for their copy work this week. I hope you all enjoy it as well...

"We Thank Thee"
We thank thee for mother-love and father care,
For brothers strong and sisters fair,
For love at home and here each day,
For guidance lest we go astray,
Father in heaven, we thank thee.
For this morning with it's light,
For rest and shelter of the night,
For health and food,
For love and friends,
For everything his goodness sends,
father in heaven, we thank thee.
